Transmute the pain of your break-up into power with

Breakup Alchemy

What does it mean to find Power in your Breakup?

Breakups deliver a massive shock to our emotional equilibrium.

They’re so painful and messy, sometimes we stay in relationships longer than we should because we’re too terrified to lose the person, to go through the pain, and to reckon with the cascade of insecurities that trail in a breakup’s wake.

During a breakup, a cascade of physical, psychological, and practical challenges arise.

You may grapple with questions about your lovability, your self worth, your ability to find aligned partnership.

Your identity can feel shaken or shattered.

Your body goes through a powerful (and painful) chemical detox, amplifying the sense of loss.

You suddenly find yourself drinking your morning coffee alone.

Routine moments shift into solitude – the silent echo in your evening wind-down ritual, the solitary stroll through local streets. Your nervous system goes into a prolonged stress response.

You've grown accustomed to their energy, their presence, and suddenly, it's no longer there. You're not only grieving the loss of the person, but also the shared dreams and future you envisioned together. You may find yourself asking, “What is my life without this person?”

All too often I see brave women white knuckle through their breakup.

They take short-term steps to heal the immediate pain so that they can “move on.”

Their time becomes a theater of distractions; they endure the pain and anguish, then reenter the dating world, often replicating the very patterns that undermined their past relationship.

This “band-aid” approach, this race to "get over it and move on," squanders an invaluable opportunity to harness the energy of this upheaval towards profound self-discovery, self-love, and transformative growth.

What if your breakup was an initiation into a powerful phase of self-discovery and transformation?

A unique chance to channel the immense pain you're feeling into fuel for personal growth, self-love, and to rewire your relationship patterns to have more security, fulfillment, and bliss–with or without a partner.

My first major split was divorcing my nine-year partner, a messy untangling from deep codependency and emotional abuse.

As I sat with the pain and the practical shifts of this transition, I had one real choice to make:

repeat or rise

I dove headfirst into the deep end of intentional healing that led to a personal metamorphosis, reforging my identity into a “me” who was stronger, bolder, and more vibrant than ever before (a transformation that my closest friends still comment on seven years later!).

Fast-forward to when my partner of 4 years and I decided to break up…

I knew just what to do…

I was able to make such a radical shift in my relationship with myself that I processed our breakup in record time, found partnership beyond my wildest dreams, and to this day I continually surprise myself at how unshakeable and BIG my self love is (and how much it moves me forward).

By being SO intentional around…

  • Taking back my power from my ex

  • Getting to really know myself, my core needs, and desires

  • Practicing embodied skills to transform limiting beliefs and disempowered behaviors

  • Making my breakup all about me – self care, self development, and self fulfillment

  • How I spent my time and determining if my actions were building me up or simply putting band-aids on my pain

  • Building new dating skills and investing in my personal sex and pleasure

…I was able to develop a healing toolkit for processing a breakup that now leaves me unafraid of the future.

I’m no longer insecurely attached in partnership and can pursue BIG love without hesitation or feeling like I need to close myself off to protect myself.

TBH, my breakups have been the greatest gifts in my life.

Each of my significant breakups were a potent catalyst for alchemizing my pain into power.

I found guidance and actions that gave me opportunities to practice new ways of thinking about myself and showing up in the world.

And that made all the difference between choosing prolonged suffering or igniting my personal evolution.

That’s why I’ve created the “Rise and Reforge Project” for you.

My Deep Wish For You

I don't want you to just “move on” from your ex–I want you to wake up each day overflowing with gratitude that you went through that breakup. I want you to offer your ex a big, honest heart-felt “thank you for parting ways.”

I want you to look back at your past relationship, not with regret or longing, but with love, compassion, and gratitude for the relationship that was – a mere prelude to the next epic chapters of your life

And I want you to picture the way your life could be right now: rich, empowered, full of new adventures, and YOU–loving yourself unrestrictedly.

I believe that when you consciously choose to alchemize your breakup you will:

  • Feel like the best version of yourself

  • Stoke your erotic vitality & sensual pleasure

  • Turn your pain into power, strength, and resilience

  • Rewire old patterns that keep you stuck and small

  • Release limiting beliefs and embody new and empowered ones

  • Heal old and lingering wounds from past breakups and abandonments

  • Let go of your ex without needing closure or wishing things were different

  • Develop inner confidence and profound self love that can never be taken from you

  • Know how to harness the power of relationship transitions so you don’t cling or fear relationship endings

  • Attract a more secure relationship

Doing the “work” here is a personal investment with enduring longevity.

No one can take this from you.

This coaching container is for you if…

  • You identify as a woman, womxn, (she/her), non-binary, gender-fluid, and/or queer (they/them).

  • You’ve been through a breakup, are considering breaking up, or feel lingering wounds from a past breakup.

  • You are willing and able to accept coaching and motivated to do the practices to guide you out of your pain and claim your potent power.

This coaching container is not for you if…

  • You aren’t willing to put in effort to rewire your patterns and dismantle beliefs that don’t serve you.

  • Your fear of moving past your pain or “letting go” of your ex is greater than your desire to find love in yourself and with a more aligned partner.

How do you book one of the 30 spots?

Please follow these steps:

1. First, click this project calendar and book a chemistry call for this coaching container.

Each chemistry call is 30 minutes for us to explore our chemistry together and determine if my coaching will be a good fit for you.

2. As you book you will be asked to fill out a “Getting to Know You” form. The more thorough you are with your answers there, the more equipped I can come to our session ready to help you.

3. This is our opportunity to find chemistry and connection! A booked call is not a guaranteed spot in the container. If after reading your “Getting to Know You” introduction I don’t think I am the right coach or this is the right project fit for you, I will kindly cancel our conversation.

4. Show up to your call. This is an investment in yourself, and this is a gift from me. If you’re not able to make your call, I ask that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be allowed to re-schedule.
