Hello beautiful human, I’m Jess

My triggers started showing up in my early 20s. 

Feelings would get so intense I wanted to do anything to make the sensations stop. 

But even anything didn’t work. 

And for years, I really struggled:

  • Assuming this was a “me” problem, which meant: permanent. 

  • Not being able to get my needs met because when conflict arose and my trigger would activate I couldn’t think clearly or rationally.

  • Mapping my “freeze/flight” response onto situations that weren’t related to my trigger, but that evoked similar emotions. 

It wasn’t until I started studying Neruolinguistic Programming and somatic processing together that I recognized I had the power to shift my neurobiological responses. 

Responses I thought were well out of my control. 

(After all, this is a chemical communication system that we inherited from dinosaurs!) 

And I’m so excited to share this with you on Saturday at our workshop. 

Now, years later, I have continued to practice and improve my skills. 

I’ve also taught many others how to do the same!

I want you to know that I understand how it feels to be overtaken by BIG emotion and to feel frustrated that you’re not “beyond” those responses already.
