In other words, what thoughts, behaviors, or beliefs are holding you back from feeling delicious, juicy, uncomplicated pleasure?

What are some beliefs or thoughts that you have around your sensuality or relationships that may be holding you back from experiencing more pleasure and abundance? How can you challenge or reframe these beliefs to support a more abundant mindset?
Imagine yourself experiencing abundance in your sensuality and relationships. What would that look and feel like for you? What actions can you take to move towards this vision of abundance? What fears or doubts are holding you back, and how can you address them?
Be gentle with yourself and approach these journal prompts with an open and curious mindset, allowing yourself to explore your beliefs and emotions without judgment. With patience and perseverance, you can plant the seeds of abundance in your life and watch them grow into a rich and vibrant source of pleasure and connection.
