You have already tried some healing modalities or have had a curiosity to learn more about alternative healing/spiritual practices. While my coaching absolutely supports a newcomer to healing arts, it’s helpful if you’ve had some experience with a spiritual or healing practice such as traditional psychotherapy, breathwork, yoga, meditation, etc. In short, it's helpful if you’ve already shown a commitment to self-reflection & self-healing.

You can give yourself 10 minutes each week to do the practices. While these are fully guided 1:1 sessions, you will get the best results if you do your custom practices each week. As a student of gamification and behavior design I’ve made each practice deliciously doable. Some are completely passive audios you can listen to wherever, whenever. Other practices are journal prompts, or ask you to create a little something. The more you choose to practice, the more lasting and effortless your new habits will become. 

You’re READY to accept more pleasure, connection, and confidence into your life. It may sound ridiculous – “of course I’m ready for more pleasure & confidence!” – but accepting more empowered states also means letting go of your disempowered states. And some people just aren’t ready to let go of the old familiar feelings because they feel safe in the anxiety/depression/lack (there’s that old trick of our biology again).
