If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxious thoughts or felt unworthy of love, you’re in the right place (and you’re not alone!)
When my last relationship melted down, I had to truly reckon with what it meant to be anxiously attached and co-dependent with some hefty abandonment wounds from childhood.
I faced fierce jealousy, anxiety, and a looooong list of beliefs that told me all the ways I wasn’t good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, strong enough, etc etc.
I started practicing NLP and using somatic strategies to anchor in BIG self love, self trust, and empowered emotions and beliefs.
I craved a relationship where I felt safe to love without restriction and be my full self. (Spoiler alert: I got what I wanted, and more!)
But deeper down, I learned how to move from anxious to secure attachment because I wanted to feel secure in myself and worthy of love with or without a relationship.
I created this workshop to help all of the beautiful souls who want to feel secure in your relationship but are held back by past wounds and insecurities.
This workshop will guide you to repattern your nervous system so that you can embody a deep sense of security – with or without a relationship.
You’ll come away with strategies you can use to re-affirm your security whenever it dips (let’s be real, it sometimes will!)

Hello beautiful human, I’m Jess
I am a Sex & Relationship Coach of mixed Lebanese-European heritage, living and working on the ancestral and unceded land of the Chochenyo (Cho-chen-yo) speaking Ohlone people.
I help women who’ve tried everything stop the jealousy spiral so they can reclaim their self-worth, feel secure, and love without restriction.
I blend body-based practices with brain-rewiring techniques to help you shift jealousy, insecurity, and anxious attachment at the subconscious, body-based level.
My work is science-backed, pleasure-centered, and designed to feel deliciously doable—because healing doesn’t have to be exhausting. Through my courses, classes, and workshops, I make the transformation process feel natural, accessible, and – dare I say – fun (even if you normally struggle to prioritize self-care).
