As someone who’s been microdosing on and off for the past 7 years, I know how hard it can be sometimes to use that time intentionally.

Microdosing’s “on” days can be a gift, and you can direct the energy of your experience by setting an intention or activity that will help you achieve a certain state.

I like to orient my microdose days toward pleasure, sensuality, and self-love, because of the ways that microdosing helps my body feel more alive to sensation.

Sensual integration is a daily practice, and these activities can be done with or without psychedelics.

Here’s a unique list of 20 things you can try while microdosing to help you connect more with your sensuality, pleasure, and erotic power.

  1. Dance freely in nature and allow the wind and sun to kiss my skin.

  2. Have a picnic with myself and enjoy the tastes and textures of fresh, local produce.

  3. Explore new sensory experiences, like going to a sound bath.

  4. Create art that expresses my sensuality and inner desires.

  5. Wear clothes that make me feel confident and sexy, just for me.

  6. Have a solo beach day and indulge in sun, sand, and surf.

  7. Take a bath with scented oils and explore the sensations of the warm water.

  8. Practice self-massage and explore my body’s response to touch.

  9. Go on a hike and take time to appreciate the natural beauty around me.

  10. Have a solo dance party in my living room, letting the music move me.

  11. Explore tantric practices and learn more about my sexual energy.

  12. Try a new physical activity, like acro-yoga or rock climbing.

  13. Take a mindful walk in the park and notice the details of nature around me.
