Sex Magick Manifestation
Sexual energy is life force energy — it’s literally the energy of creation. The same energy that creates life also fuels your ideas, dreams, and desires. When you consciously direct that energy toward a vision, it becomes a potent amplifier for manifestation.
During states of heightened arousal, your brain enters a trance-like, neuroplastic zone. Your subconscious becomes more receptive. Your nervous system opens. Dopamine and oxytocin (the feel-good, bonding, trust hormones) flood your system — creating the perfect environment for anchoring belief and imprinting new possibilities.
When you visualize what you want and feel a surge of emotion in your body, you’re becoming it.
Here’s how to do this practice:
Set a ritualistic/sexy mood for your pleasure practice. Candles, soft lighting, music, extra pillows, sexy lingerie – whatever feels right and good to you. Do have a nice ritual oil or coconut oil on hand!
You can make this a free-flowing practice; here are some suggestions.
Start warming your body up with some juicy massage, attuning to your divinity. Honor yourself as you would a Goddess (the "your body is a temple" is really appropriate here!). As you spend time massaging, honor your being as being Divine Source.
When it feels natural and good, you can move to yoni massage, stoking your arousal. At this point I like to incorporate movement and really "get into character" or lose yourself to the sensation of being a divine sensual being. This is where I'll bring in affirmations (eg. I am a beautiful goddess worthy and deserving of BIG love – whatever phrases resonate to you. These can be premeditated or flow naturally).
You can claim the affirmations with a "yes" or "mmm" – some kind of sounding of your pleasure that also affirms these expressions of power.
Harness your "BIG YES" energy as you work your way toward orgasm or peaks of pleasure (you don't need to orgasm for this to work, you can also simply bathe in pleasure). As you come close to climax or when you feel yourself full of pleasure, you can bring your vision for manifestation in as a fantasy and let the energy of your YES, the excitement of claiming this, around remembering and accepting your divine power, and the energy of your pleasure infuse your manifestation visualization.
You can close your ritual in whatever way feels good to you. I like honoring myself with gratitude and a hand on my heart and yoni, and then ceremonially blowing out the candles and watching the smoke rise into the air, seeing that as energy dispersing into the universal fabric that will make my desires manifest.

Heart centered breathing: sitting on your partner's lap or cross legged in front of each other, breathe in unison and focus your attention on your heart as if you could breathe through this space into theirs
Eye gazing: sitting crosslegged in front of each other, with your hand on his heart and his hand on yours, simply let your eyes connect and hold that – it can be challenging at first, but staying with it usually produces profound results
Synchronized breath: as you move into love making you can continue to sync up breathing, maybe taking an inhale as he exhales or consciously playing with expressions of breath that play together
