Sensual integration

Sexual expression is an fundamental and natural part of who we are. What happens when we deny our desires, pleasures, and sensuality? Sensual integration is the process of more fully discovering and then incorporating our desires, pleasures, and sensuality into daily life. Strengthening our pleasure pathways… One of the tools I offer is shadow work which can help us release confusion, guilt, shame, and fear and step into courage and confidence. Integrating the different aspects our sensuality - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - so that you can express your sexuality authentically and without shame.

Neuro-linguistic programming

NLP is based on the premise that our thoughts, emotions, and behavior are all interconnected. I use NLP to help people overcome limiting beliefs and develop more empowering thought patterns. By changing how we communicate with ourselves, and what we we say to ourselves, we can dramatically transform our way of being. This means that we can use NLP to rewire our brains to feel more confident and experience more pleasure. By reframing our thinking and beliefs about our sexuality, we can open ourselves up to more enjoyable and fulfilling experiences in and out of the bedroom.

Psychedelic-informed

You do not need to do psychedelics to benefit from their wisdom. My practice is informed by 15+ years of working with plant medicine that has shown me techniques that will serve you in engaging more deeply with your shadows, connecting with your self and with others, and finding your truest self expression. Science has shown the power of psychedelics to release people from trauma, addiction, and old patterns. I can coach you through integrating your own past psychedelic experiences or through practicing techniques to bring you in greater connection with yourself and others.
