Think of this practice as exercising a muscle.
It might feel stiff and clunky at first, but practicing this visualization will create a future resource for you to visualize and get to know your sensual power.
With repetition you'll get to know your sensual power more and more, and you may be surprised by what comes up!
This practice is also designed to bolster feelings of safety and security within your body that will get stronger with repetition and resistance. (Eg. it's okay and normal if the practice feels difficult, blocked, or if you have resistance to it, but do discontinue this practice if you feel worse than when you started).
