Spend Time In Gratitude
After any intense practice add in a practice that is soft and nurturing for your body.
Before bed, when you wake up, or at the same time each day, spend time in gratitude.
I suggest adopting the mantra, "I'm going to get what I've always wanted," and sinking into the gratitude that comes up.
Allowing your heart to feel open and soft. Without needing to protect it. Because you're working to get what you've always wanted, not some other vision of the future. You're doing amazing work here and that is enough to be grateful for!
