Daily Integration

If you do a practice that turns up a list of empowering statements, anchor those in with a daily EFT practice.

The goal here is to supplant one script for another through conscious repetition.  That means during the day when you catch yourself in an old (disempowering) thought pattern, actively replace it with the new one.

I like to say, "no, that's not true...and then state the empowering belief."

You can also list some of the evidence to give it more oomph.

In addition to catching and replacing negative thought patterns, set aside a time each day to use EFT and go through your empowering belief list, repeating each phrase for a round or two of tapping on your Karate Chop Point. Notice when the phrase feels integrated before moving on to a new one.

Karate Chop Point (KC): This is located on the fleshy outer edge of your hand, below your pinkie finger.
