Anchor Stacking
Below is an audio that will guide you through this practice.
To anchor stack, you'll choose four memories of times when you felt full of [emotion you want to integrate].
I like to pick 3 memories that actually happened, and one future-vision where I feel myself embodying that emotional state in an outcome that hasn't happened yet.
Let the memory create the feeling inside you.
Make the images of your memories big, bright, and as if they're happening right now. Hear what you heard in that moment. Feel what you felt. Let the emotion fill your body.
At the end of each memory I'll ask you to intensify that emotion as much as you can and touch a place on your body to anchor that feeling in (I like to put three fingers on my breast bone, but you can choose any place on your body that you can be accurate in creating the same touch for each memory).
Repeat for the next 3 memories, anchoring each one to the same spot on your body.
The more you anchor this state in, the more readily you'll be able to access that state again, simply by pressing the same three fingers on your breastbone (or wherever you choose to place your anchor).
Finally, the practice ends by allowing the feeling of gratitude to wash over you.
You can take your gratitude and the power/energy you created during this practice and visualize it running through your body and into the ground (grounding you and connecting you to source).
