Gratitude List

This is especially nice to practice when you're feeling activated or feeling into pain, because it will help shift your emotional state. But you can do this any time to invite more gratitude, optimism, and expansiveness.

Simply whip out a pen and start writing down everything that you're grateful for, big or small.

Try and get two full pages down.

This will probably require some effort, which we want. If two pages is too easy, go to three.

You want to dig for gratitude...what should happen is a surprising and motivating list of all the places you can seek comfort and strength in.
