Take My Power Back Practice (Part 2)

Here is a more intellectual/inventoried version of the Take My Power Back (embodied) practice.

Take some time for reflective journaling on actions that you're drawn to (or have been drawn to in the past) that give away your power. These actions can usually be found in the realms of:

People Pleasing

Overcommitting

Flip/Flopping (Indecision)

Avoiding Conflict

Perfectionism

External Validation

Taking On or Projecting Other People's Emotions

and Suppressing Your Authentic Self

This will bring a new level of awareness to these behaviors.

Then create a list of actions you can take that reclaim your power.

Theses can look like:

Practice saying no in low-stakes situations.

Reevaluate relationships that consistently drain my energy.

Practice mindful breathing in stressful situations.

Trust my intuition and instincts.

Etc.

Use the NLP Swish Pattern to let your subconscious go to work supplanting one action for the other!
