Feelings Check In

This is an immensely powerful practice that seems almost too easy and simple for how much of a radical change it can make in your life. 

To show how much progress you're making, and as a way to monitor what's triggering you and what responses you want to take, I would love for you to keep an AM and PM log around what emotions you're experiencing and what bodily sensations you're feeling each day & night.

You can refer to this log to actually see how your progress is going, and as a helpful resource for checking in around any time you're feeling activated.

Journaling in this way also allows you to recognize patterns in your behavior and emotional states, and offers more data for you to use to step into more empowered states of being, feeling, thinking, and doing.

I also like to add a note about what activities I did that day, so I can see what's lifting me up and what's triggering or weighing me down.
